Marine Canvas Designer
Rogers' Sail Loft is looking for a marine canvas designer to join our team in SouthCoast Massachusetts. If you take pride in precision, custom work, and gear that's built to last, we'd like to hear from you.
The role
You'll design and pattern marine canvas — dodgers, biminis, enclosures, covers, and related projects — working closely with our loft team from measurement through final fit. This is hands-on, detail-driven work for boat owners who expect the highest standard.
What we're looking for
- Experience in marine canvas design, patterning, or fabrication
- Strong eye for fit, finish, and functional deck layouts
- Comfort working custom — every boat is different
- Commitment to quality materials and craftsmanship that holds up offshore
